We have been deceived repeatedly by the pharmacy staff who continue to insult our intelligence by claiming they'll call us with any issue with prescriptions, and they do not, instead they confirm our prescriptions are ready for pickup, when we show up at CVS, they have nothing ready or the wrong prescriptions, making excuse after excuse, then shirting the blame on us... Shame on you CVS!!!!
